Hey, I’m Isalina
Twerk teacher, dancer, coach and a big fan of dogs.
I’ve been dancing for nine years and twerking since 2020. My style is strongly influenced by Latin Twerk and Brazilian styles like Brega Funk. Before getting into twerk, I also danced Afro. Latin beats and Afrobeats have been with me ever since.
In 2024, I won the Beginner Battle at Twerk Experience, Germany’s biggest twerk event. In 2025, I placed third at the SHEESH Championships in New York, the city’s first Black-owned twerk battle.
As a teacher and coach, I help you take up more space and try things that scare you a little. You don’t have to feel confident before you start. I didn’t either.
Coach by day, twerk teacher by night. I love big beats, playful choreos and those little moments that make a song come alive. In my classes, we look at technique properly, try things out and cheer each other on. You don’t have to get everything right on your first try.
Yes! Twerk Beginner is your starting point. You don’t need dance experience or a particular body type. We learn the basics step by step.
Beginner: Learn the foundations and get comfortable with the movements.
Open Level: Different experience levels dance together, with options depending on the movement.
Choreo: You should already feel comfortable with the basic twerk techniques. We combine movements, play with musicality and learn more challenging choreography.

Wear something you can move comfortably in. Shorts or loose, stretchy trousers work well. Bring water and kneepads if you have them, especially for floorwork. No special outfit needed.

Use the booking buttons under your class. Beginner and Open Level are booked through the studio or Urban Sports Club. For Choreo, you can use Urban Sports Club, pay directly through the PayPal button or message me.

No. You can take part without being filmed. Let me know before filming starts so we can make sure you stay out of the shot.
